Towards Human-Centred Digital Transformation
My doctoral research at the University of the Aegean focuses on developing the Four-Dimensional Digital Transformation (4D-DT) Framework, an evidence-based methodology that helps organisations assess digital transformation readiness across organisational, technological, strategic and people-centred dimensions.
The research integrates Design Science Research, technology acceptance, organisational readiness and human-centred AI to support better organisational decision-making while preserving human judgement.
